These terms cover the free diagnostic, one-off full report and KLEK Maths Monthly plan.
The free diagnostic gives an indicative GCSE Maths snapshot. The one-off full report adds detailed answers, worked solutions and revision notes for that completed diagnostic. Monthly adds ongoing personalised practice and premium progress features.
KLEK ratings and estimated grade bands are revision guidance, not official exam results or guarantees. Students remain responsible for checking work and following school or exam-board guidance.
The launch price shown at checkout is charged once. Access is attached to the diagnostic and profile identified at checkout. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
The price shown at checkout is charged when the plan starts and automatically each month until cancelled. Cancellation is available through Stripe billing settings and takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout or law says otherwise.
Keep login details private and provide accurate information. Do not copy or resell KLEK questions, interfere with scoring, automate abusive traffic, or use another student's private report without permission.
KLEK may update questions, benchmarks and features to improve accuracy and safety. Reasonable efforts are made to keep paid access available, but maintenance and events outside KLEK's control may cause interruptions.
Card details, receipts and subscription cancellation are handled in Stripe. Refund or account requests can be made through the KLEK support contact shown on the account or payment receipt. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
